Looking for a candidate for a Service Desk position. We require an immediate joiner with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience specifically in a service Desk role. Experience in New Zealand (call center / Services desk ,BPO, New Zealand IT support)
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: ServiceNow , Ticketing tool and basic IT knowledge
- Technical Skills: IT - L1 Support
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Soft Skills: A dedicated team player
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
