The Equipment Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling daily operational coordination, ERP updates, trip sheet management, log sheet entries, reporting, billing coordination, and routine documentation activities related to the Cranes & Manlifts division. The role focuses on backend operational support and ensuring smooth coordination between operations, billing, and customers.

Oversee daily operations of the Cranes & Manlifts division.

Monitor operational dashboards and ensure accurate reporting.

Coordinate crane and manlift deployment as per site requirements.

Ensure timely ERP work order updates.

Handle trip sheet opening and closing activities.

Update operator log sheets and maintain operational records.

Process fixed advances, travel advances, and site allowances.

Update attendance records and operational drives.
-
Track HMR/KMR readings and maintain records.
-
Coordinate daily reporting and dashboard updates.

Follow up on customer log sheets, approvals, and invoice-related documentation.

Send customer-signed log sheets to the Billing Department.

Follow up for early invoicing, draft invoices, summaries, and payment collections.

Coordinate customer documentation and operational follow-ups.
