1. Position Overview
Jaguar Security Services is seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer to lead the design, development, deployment, and
enhancement of JAGNET—a transformative cloud-based enterprise ecosystem for digital transformation. The CTO will be
instrumental in architecting a secure, scalable, and AI-powered platform while building and mentoring a high-performing technology
team.
This is a strategic role requiring both technical excellence and business acumen, with the opportunity to shape the technological
direction of a rapidly growing security services organization.
2. About JAGNET Platform
- Cloud-based enterprise ecosystem for end-to-end digital transformation
- Comprehensive modules: Commercials, Operations, HRMS, Procurement, Billing, and Analytics
- Multi-platform accessibility: Android, iOS, and Web applications
- AI-driven predictive analytics, automated workflows, and intelligent dashboards
3. Key Responsibilities
3.1 Technology Strategy & Architecture
- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions leveraging latest technologies
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, agentic AI, advanced analytics)
- Establish technology standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, Indian Data Privacy Laws)
3.2 Platform Development & Enhancement
- Lead end-to-end development of JAGNET ecosystem and all core modules
- Oversee design and implementation of Operations, HRMS, Procurement, Billing, and Commercials modules
- Drive adoption of AI and agentic AI for intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and decision support
- Manage mobile application development (iOS/Android) and web platform enhancement
- Implement advanced monitoring, analytics, and BI integration (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and disaster recovery across multi-region cloud infrastructure
3.3 AI & Intelligent Automation
- Lead AI/ML strategy including predictive analytics for attrition, absenteeism, and manpower planning
- Architect and deploy agentic AI systems for workflow automation and intelligent decision-making
- Manage AI API integrations and evaluate AI-powered solutions for operational efficiency
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and responsible AI governance
3.4 Team Leadership & Development
- Build, expand, and lead a high-performing engineering and technical team
- Establish team culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop technical talent; foster career growth and skill development
- Conduct recruitment, performance management, and succession planning
- Drive knowledge sharing and adoption of latest technologies across the team
3.5 Security, Compliance & Infrastructure
- Implement enterprise-grade security architecture with encryption, audit trails, and access controls
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Establish disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident management protocols
3.6 Business & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage technology budget and optimize cost-benefit of technology investments
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and change management
- Present technical insights and recommendations to executive leadership
4. Required Qualifications
4.1 Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Advanced degree (M.Tech, MBA) preferred
4.2 Experience
- 12-18+ years in technology and software development
- 8+ years in senior technology leadership (VP Engineering, CTO, or equivalent)
- Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams from ground up
- Experience leading enterprise platform development across multiple modules
- Track record of successful digital transformation and large-scale system implementations
- Experience with Services or Security industry is a strong plus
5. Technical Skills & Expertise
5.1 Core Technology Stack
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (at scale, multi-region)
- Backend Development: Microservices, APIs, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
- Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Mobile Development: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin/Java), or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter)
- Database Design: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), data warehousing
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, serverless
5.2 AI & Advanced Technologies
- AI/ML: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, algorithms, and deployment
- Agentic AI: Hands-on experience with autonomous agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration
- Predictive Analytics: Building models for forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection
- Data Science: Familiarity with Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow), data visualization
- Analytics Platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools
5.3 Security & Compliance
- Application & Infrastructure Security: Secure coding, authentication, encryption, DLP
- Compliance Frameworks: ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, Indian Data Privacy Laws
- Audit & Governance: Security audits, vulnerability management, incident response
- Zero Trust Architecture and modern security paradigms
5.4 Architectural & Design Patterns
- Enterprise Architecture: Designing scalable, resilient systems across modules
- System Design: Load balancing, caching, database sharding, distributed systems
- Design Patterns: Microservices, event-driven architecture, CQRS, saga patterns
- API Design & Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, webhook architecture

- Strategic Vision: Ability to define long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals
- Team Building: Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent

7. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Services, Security, or B2B SaaS industry
- Background in building HRIS, Workforce Management, or Operations platforms
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools
- Public cloud certification (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
- Publications, speaking engagements, or contributions to open-source projects
