Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor / Interior Designer Intern to support the execution and supervision of interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be willing to visit project sites, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites regularly and provide work progress updates.
- Take accurate site measurements and maintain records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for project execution.
- Supervise labour deployment and manage daily site activities.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, site engineers, and vendors.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Considering 10 - 12th Pass as well with basic english as well.
- Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Must be able to ride a two-wheeler (valid driving licence preferred).
