Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Faculty to teach Senior Secondary (Classes XI–XII) and competitive exam preparation (IIT-JEE Mains/NEET). The ideal candidate will combine subject expertise with innovative teaching methods to inspire students and help them achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry aligned with CBSE/IB curriculum and competitive exam standards.
- Prepare students for IIT-JEE Mains, NEET, and other entrance exams with focused problem-solving sessions.
- Design lesson plans, practice papers, and assessment strategies.
- Mentor students individually and in groups, tracking progress and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with school management to maintain international standards of teaching.
- Contribute to academic events, workshops, and parent-student interactions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (M.Sc./Ph.D.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary/competitive exam level.
- Strong command of English; ability to blend clarity with accessibility for diverse learners.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern pedagogy.
