Positions Available:
Legal Intern (Final year students / Recent graduates)
Associate Lawyer (Fresher or Experienced)
Department: Real Estate (Non-Litigation)
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Title Investigation: Preparation of detailed Title Search Reports (TSR) of properties for lenders, developers, and individual buyers.
- Vetting of Documents: Reviewing, analyzing, and vetting original title deeds and historical chain documents.
- Legal Drafting: Drafting a wide range of real estate documents, including RERA Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, and Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements (PAAAs) etc.
- Research & Advisory: Conducting thorough research on property laws, local land revenue regulations, and municipal rules to draft comprehensive Legal Opinions for clients.
Candidate Profile:
Education: LL.B or BLS LL.B degree (or currently in the final year for the internship role).
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Marathi is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable reading local land records and communicating effectively.
Skills:
Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
Fair knowledge and practical command over MS Word (formatting, editing)
