About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager with 1 year of experience to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple brands. If you're passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and staying ahead of social media trends, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage daily posting and monitor audience engagement (comments, messages, shares, etc.).
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Research industry trends, hashtags, competitors, and emerging content ideas.
- Write compelling captions and coordinate the creation of reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely content delivery.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Passion for learning new digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media scheduling tools ,knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing applications.
- Understanding of content strategy, influencer marketing, and paid social campaigns.
- Basic is an added advantage.
