We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate and bring genuine IT and software development projects from clients in India and international markets.
This is a performance-based opportunity, ideal for an experienced BDE, freelancer, IT sales professional, or someone with an existing client network.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities. Bring website, web application, e-commerce, software and API development projects. Find clients through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals and other platforms.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements. Follow up with leads and help convert them into paying clients. Coordinate with our technical team for project discussions and quotations. Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Experience in IT/software sales or business development preferred. Experience finding projects through freelance platforms is a strong advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads independently.
Existing client connections/network will be an advantage. Candidates who have previously brought web/software development projects are highly preferred.
Compensation:
Commission-based / No fixed salary Attractive commission on every successfully closed project. Higher project value = higher earning opportunity. Commission will be paid after successful receipt of the client's payment.
