Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the greytHR HRMS portal.
Ensure accurate employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee master data management.
Process and monitor attendance, leave records, holiday calendars, and employee profiles.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy within the HRMS.
Generate HR reports and MIS from greytHR as required by management.
Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, HRMS access, and employee records.
Maintain employee documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and employee induction activities.
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
Maintain the office environment at the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and presentation.
Conduct regular inspections of office facilities, washrooms, pantry, lobby, meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas.
Ensure washrooms are maintained to premium hospitality standards at all times.
Monitor air-conditioning systems, room temperatures, lighting, housekeeping quality, and overall workplace comfort.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendors, and service providers for timely resolution of issues.
Ensure all administrative requirements are completed proactively without waiting for escalations.
Maintain detailed administration checklists and monitoring sheets to track daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
Create and update Excel-based administration trackers for all facility-related activities and compliance checks.
Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, pantry items, housekeeping materials, and consumables.
Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas, and visitor management processes are maintained professionally.
Conduct periodic audits and submit administration status reports to management.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance workplace experience and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
