JOB SUMMARY
The Sr HR/HR Recruitment Executive plays a critical role in our organization by identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- To demonstrate understanding of the JD, screening and shortlisting the right candidate based on client requirements.
- To ensure quality CVs are shared with the clients within the TAT defined.
- To ensure accurate and timely completion of candidate’s documentation, ensuring compliance on all KYC documents.
- To exhibit strong knowledge of job portals, Search Engine Optimization tools, in order to attract the right talent and close positions within timelines.
- Demonstrate good interviewing skills, to gauge the functional and behavioral skills set of the candidate, resulting in getting the right talent on boarded.
- Understand the salary structure & provides clarity to the candidate on the same. Conduct salary negotiations with the candidates resulting in cost savings for the organization.
- To Manage and develop database of CV for the categories assigned.
- Manage & Build Relationship with the candidates leading to their smooth onboarding, retention & further building the goodwill of the organization.
- Collaborate with Internal stakeholder in order to meet the Recruitment goals of the Department.
- To Exhibit a sound knowledge on basic statutory compliances required on sites.
- Understand market behavior pertaining to the specific JD/ positions to be closed, enabling the recruitment team to understand the existing market metrics.
- To ensure minimum blackout’s during the recruitment Cycle.
- To provide complete and accurate information of the prospective candidates presented for review to the client
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
