Role Overview (Brief) – Plant Manager
- Opportunity to lead and shape operations of a Ready-to-Eat manufacturing facility from an early stage.
- Hands-on involvement in setting up processes, workflows, and daily production systems.
- Exposure to end-to-end plant operations, from procurement to dispatch.
- Opportunity to build and develop teams as operations expand.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish a strong operational foundation.
- Play a key role in enhancing efficiency and supporting the unit’s growth over time.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
