Job Description
3 to 5+ years of professional video editing experience across brand, agency, or freelance work
Strong command of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Clear understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and audience retention
Ability to work from rough scripts or raw footage and make confident creative decisions
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
Openness to feedback and fast iteration cycles
