Are you passionate about e-commerce sales and marketplace operations? As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Café Desire’s presence on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. You will focus on product listing, pricing, inventory coordination, and sales tracking to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and category mapping for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate with the internal team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Track sales performance and marketplace analytics, providing insights for improvement.
- Handle order processing and coordinate fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries.
- Address customer queries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, competitor strategies, and trends to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order management.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and trends to optimize business strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplace sales (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Immediate joiners preferred (or candidates currently serving a notice period).
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards.
- Experience in order management, pricing optimization, and inventory tracking.
- Ability to handle customer interactions, returns, and product feedback effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data tracking.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple product listings efficiently.
- Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams (logistics, sales, and operations).
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplace policies and compliance requirements.
- Passionate about e-commerce growth and marketplace sales strategies.
