Roles & Responsibilities:
Create awareness and promote compliant software usage within the organization.
Provide consultancy to consumers of software and IT support staff for their change management process.
Regular generation of reports to ensure and improve data quality in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Regular monitoring, assessment and improvement of software compliance related data and KPIs.
Trend analysis and benchmarking of KPIs.
Identification and analysis of additional data sources contributing to higher data quality and transparency. Close collaboration with the Product Owner of the SAM Data Warehouse (SWO) to define requirements for further development of its functionality and usefulness.
Regular alignment with SoftwareOne (SWO) about process and quality improvement measures.
Alignment with suppliers other than SWO about process, data and performance.
Regular true-up / true-down agreement, software maintenance or subscription renewal campaigns.
Review of supplier statements of account, validation of invoices and management of overdue invoice payments by KN entities.
Placement of orders for software licenses at SWO, follow-up and provision of license information to requestors.
Placement of orders for software licenses at various software suppliers which do not trade thru SWO, follow
up and provision of license information to requestors.
Preparation of billing information for IT Infrastructure Controlling for software purchases which are not billed locally by the supplier.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Academic degree, ideally in business informatics, IT management or software asset management skills acquired through a qualified apprenticeship or training
Experience in accounting, procurement or supplier management
Experience with the application of ITIL processes
High service orientation, team-oriented work style and good communication skills
Cost awareness and creativity to identify optimization potential
Excellent English skills, written and verbal
Good MS-Office skills Excel and Powerpoint in particular
