Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Coordinator with excellent communication and client management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, preparing project proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and technical teams throughout the pre-sales and project execution lifecycle.
Role & Responsibility:
Understand client requirements and convert vague asks into clear, structured project scopes
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before a project starts
Break down complex requirements into phases, deliverables, and timelines
Join client calls and discovery sessions and take ownership of understanding the client's business
Draft and refine proposals independently, with pricing and scope that make sense for the project
Handle client communication throughout the sales cycle, from first call to signed agreement
Manage client expectations proactively rather than reactively
Track deliverables, flag blockers early, and keep projects moving without constant follow up
Maintain clear internal documentation so anyone on the team can pick up context quickly
Coordinate scope changes and revisions with both the client and internal team
Experience with platforms like Upwork or similar freelance marketplaces
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
