About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for campus placements, competitive examinations, and recruitment assessments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering engaging aptitude training sessions that enhance student performance and employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
- Prepare students for campus recruitment drives, aptitude tests, and competitive examinations.
- Design and update training content, practice exercises, question banks, and mock tests.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify learning gaps and create improvement plans.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback and mentoring.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring for students requiring additional support.
- Track student progress and maintain training reports, attendance, and assessment records.
- Collaborate with placement, academic, and operations teams to ensure students are placement-ready.
- Stay updated with the latest aptitude test patterns and recruitment trends followed by leading organizations.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Aptitude Training, Learning & Development, or related fields is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,433.60 - ₹39,657.15 per month
