Job Desription
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain the company’s products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up regularly with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to generate sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and providing timely support.
- Handle customer queries, provide accurate product information, pricing details, and assist customers in choosing suitable products/services.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and operations team for order processing, payment follow-ups, delivery updates, and customer support activities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales follow-ups, and daily call reports for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Ensure effective communication with customers to create a positive customer experience and encourage repeat business.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, or customer support processes will be an added advantage.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
