- Develop and expand sales in South India region
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers
- Generate new business opportunities in salons, cosmetic stores, distributors & retail chains
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with salon chains and professional beauty market
- Travel across South India for market development
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with marketing and head office team
Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years experience in skincare/cosmetics/FMCG/salon industry sales
- Strong distributor and salon network in South India
- Experience handling multiple states
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to travel frequently
- Preferably from professional salon products, beauty, personal care or cosmetic brands
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
