We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through construction completion
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and oversee project progress
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Present design proposals and concepts to clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed/Registered Architect
- Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
