Role Overview
We are adding experienced Technical Leads to drive architecture, engineering delivery, and technical governance across enterprise projects. This role involves defining development frameworks, enforcing quality standards, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams within a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement development frameworks, coding standards, and review mechanisms
- Design scalable solution and deployment architectures
- Lead project planning and oversee end-to-end delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
- Establish and enforce software quality, risk, and change management practices
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements
- Mentor and guide technical teams across projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technical strategy and execution
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology solutions
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in enterprise application architecture and system design
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot with working knowledge
- Expertise with modern frontend technologies (React / Vue.js)
- Hands-on expertise in scalability, performance tuning, and optimization
- Proven experience in code review and debugging complex systems
- Solid understanding of databases and data management
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices
- Experience configuring web servers, reverse proxy, and load balancing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong decision-making ability in selecting suitable design patterns and technologies
- Effective unit testing practices for developed components
- Effective usage of AI tools/models to improve development productivity and code quality

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
