Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is remote, with occasional travel to meet clients depending on project requirements. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving initial conversations that build the foundation for long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML domains.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls).
- Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and position Stackgenie’s solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to schedule meetings and demos.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline progress.
- Support marketing initiatives by following up on inbound leads and event participation.
- Occasionally travel to client sites for relationship building and presentations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in SDR, business development, or B2B sales roles (preferably in SaaS, cloud, or IT services).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage C‑level executives.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on client needs.
