Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM leads
- Explain the hair regrowth program and guide prospects toward enrollment
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth enrollment process
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tools is a plus
