Prime Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to handle inquiries, generate leads, and coordinate with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound inquiries.• Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project highlights.• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.• Schedule property site visits for interested customers.• Maintain customer records and update data in CRM, Excel, or other software.• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email & Internet)• Strong communication and convincing skills• Positive attitude and willingness to learn• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
