Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Guest Relations Executive to ensure an exceptional experience for clients before, during, and after their travel. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel or holiday industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel journey.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with travel bookings, itineraries, and travel-related information.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
- Follow up with clients and collect feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support operational and customer service activities as required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive, Customer Relations Executive, or similar role in a travel or holiday company.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism qualification preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Travel & Tourism.
- Experience handling domestic and international travel clients.
- Familiarity with travel booking processes and customer support systems.
