Key Responsibilities
- Booking Management: Process, modify, and cancel hotel reservations in compliance with company policies.
- Customer Communication: Answer inquiries, provide information on services/amenities, and offer local recommendations.
- Payment Processing: Securely handle credit cards, process deposits, and manage billing for bookings.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare daily arrival lists, manage correspondence, and maintain guest profiles.
- Front Office Support: Assist with PBX, overflow calls, and coordinate room blocks with housekeeping/sales.
