Your Role
We're looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging travel content, and helping customers and travel agents plan unforgettable holidays.
This is a dynamic role combining B2C Sales, B2B Relationship Management, and Social Media Content Creation.
Key Responsibilities B2C Sales
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and create personalized holiday itineraries.
- Conduct Google Meet consultations for premium or customized travel packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip.
B2B Sales & Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agency partners.
- Introduce and promote our Bali and Vietnam products to B2B agents.
- Assist travel agents with quotations, itineraries, and booking support.
- Conduct online product presentations and destination training sessions.
- Achieve monthly sales and relationship-building targets.
Content Creation & Brand Promotion
- Create Instagram Reels, Stories, and destination-related content.
- Appear confidently in company videos introducing destinations, hotels, attractions, and travel tips.
- Participate in hotel inspections, familiarization trips, and destination visits for content creation.
- Represent the company professionally both online and offline.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Confident speaking on camera and comfortable creating social media content.
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and customer service.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Meet, Canva, or CapCut is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
