Responsible for implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to transform raw materials into finished products efficiently, safely, and at high quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
Order Tracking: Follow up on to ensure on-time delivery of critical components and materials.
Vendor Coordination: Maintain regular communication with third-party vendors and freight forwarders to manage timelines and shipment tracking
Quality Assurance (Field/Site): In some cases, visit vendor factories to check production progress and perform quality control (QC) checks.
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
Analyze engineering drawings, GD&T, casting drawings, and manufacturing diagrams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
Manage raw material inventory and support uninterrupted production.
Develop and evaluate vendors, conduct supplier audits, and ensure APQP compliance.
Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and audit new vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships for quality assurance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Quality, Purchase, and R&D teams to deliver project goals and resolve issues
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
