Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **HR Payroll Manager **to manage end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll operations, HR processes, and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain employee payroll records, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, bonuses, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable labor laws.
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, salary registers, bank transfer statements, and MIS reports.
Handle attendance, leave management, overtime, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
Manage employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and benefits.
Process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for resigned employees.
Generate statutory returns and ensure timely filing.
Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
Support HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities as required.
Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and labor laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and payroll reporting.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in HR Payroll or Payroll Administration.
Experience handling payroll for medium to large organizations is preferred.
Knowledge of payroll software such as SAP, GreytHR, Keka, Zoho Payroll, or similar HRMS is an advantage.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
