Peni Ice Candy Outlets is inviting applications for the position of Counter Sales Staff for our expanding retail operations across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Bangalore. We are looking for energetic, customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and building a career in the retail and food & beverage industry.
Candidates with 12th Pass (Plus Two) or any Degree are eligible to apply. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome. Immediate joiners will be given preference. We offer a competitive salary of ₹19,150 per month, along with free accommodation, and opportunities for career growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, handle counter sales and billing, process cash and digital payments accurately, maintain product displays and outlet cleanliness, replenish stock, promote products and offers, and ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations in accordance with company standards.
