1. Supervision: Leading and managing plant operators and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Maintenance Management:Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for equipment, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
Compliance:Ensuring the plant operates within environmental regulations and safety guidelines, monitoring water quality, and maintaining accurate records
Reporting:Preparing reports on plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance with regulations.
Safety:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures
We need candidates who have 2 to 3 years of experience as Stp Supervisor
