We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to engage US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business needs
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales team
- Develop relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive conversions
- Meet weekly and monthly business development targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in the US market
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Excellent US accent and strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and pitch solutions effectively
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
