About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and caring Kindergarten Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with young children and be committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and positive learning environment for children aged 1.5 to 6 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Teach through stories, rhymes, play-based learning, and creative experiences.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Observe and monitor children's progress and development.
- Maintain classroom records and learning materials.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's growth and activities.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or Early Childhood Education certification is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English is required.
- Passion for working with children aged 1.5–6 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and positive attitude.
