Role Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to support a Salesforce to Dynamics migration initiative. The role will involve requirements analysis, data migration, system configuration, and integration support, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current Salesforce setup and map to Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) functionalities
- Gather and document requirements, including data models, workflows, and integrations
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (Sales / Customer Service modules)
- Support data migration (data mapping, cleansing, validation)
- Work on API integrations with external systems
- Assist with UAT, testing, and production rollout
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and offshore development teams
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE)
- Experience in CRM migration projects (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Data migration & mapping
- Business workflows & process automation
- APIs and system integrations
- Experience with:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- SQL / data analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin or integration level)
- Experience with Azure services
- Retail or enterprise domain experience
