Coordinate and manage daily academic activities and class schedules
Act as the main point of contact for students regarding courses and sessions
Support trainers and ensure smooth delivery of classes
Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance
Handle student queries, concerns, and provide timely solutions
Maintain academic records and reports using Google Sheets / CRM tools
Assist in student onboarding and course guidance
Ensure a positive learning experience for all students
