Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and lead the factory team efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, planning, and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory operations.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Manage production teams and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Reduce production costs by improving operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Identify process improvements and implement productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Handle employee performance, training, and discipline within the factory.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Operations Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
