Job Summary
We are looking for an Accountant cum SCM Executive with 3+ years of experience to handle accounting operations, inventory management, procurement coordination, and supply chain documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, GST compliance, invoicing, GRN preparation, delivery challans, vendor coordination, and ERP systems.
Candidates from manufacturing industries and local candidates from Howrah, Kolkata, Ghusuri, and nearby areas will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and MIS reports.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and process GRNs, purchase entries, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely material deliveries.
- Track purchase orders and maintain inventory records.
- Support stock reconciliation, inventory audits, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and Sales teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and inventory management.
- Experience with GRN, invoicing, delivery challans, and purchase documentation.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and inventory accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP, Busy, Oracle ERP, or similar software.
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech (Mechanical), B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting, SCM, Inventory Management, Procurement, or related functions.
- Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-based industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, GRN processing, invoicing, inventory reconciliation, purchase coordination, and vendor management is desirable.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
