Job Title: Solution Architect - Network & Security
Location: Mumbai, India
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with deep expertise in LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and SSE technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing secure, scalable, and compliant network solutions for enterprise and manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise network and security architecture.
Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), Solution Design Documents, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and engineering to ensure solution alignment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST and ISO 63443.
Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and implementation phases.
Key Qualification & Experience
Must-Have Technical Skills
Experience: 8+ years
Strong hands-on expertise in LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi technologies.
Deep understanding of SD-WAN and SSE/Zero Trust frameworks (Fortinet, Cisco, Zscaler, Prisma).
Proficiency in Software Defined LAN technologies: VXLAN, EVPN, LISP.
Knowledge of 802.1x authentication protocols.
Solid grasp of routing protocols: BGP, IGP.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in writing technical documentation (HLDs, SoWs, Solution Designs).
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Collaborative team player with leadership potential.
Desirable Skills
Experience in factory/manufacturing network environments.
Familiarity with Cisco CURWB, LTE/5G networks, and VMware foundational skills.
Understanding of OT protocols such as Modbus, Profinet.
Exposure to compliance frameworks like ISO, SOC, etc.
Certifications (Preferred)
CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE - Routing & Switching
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior exposure to manufacturing or industrial networking environments will be given preference.
