Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setting.
- Diploma/Certification in Montessori Education preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered learning environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and holistic child development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities.
- Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Assess and document children's learning and development.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Montessori Training Certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
