# Marketing Lead – B2B Exhibitions & Growth
Mumbai | Full-Time | Augmont Lab-Grown Diamonds
## About the Role
Augmont Lab-Grown Diamonds is looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented Marketing Lead to drive B2B marketing initiatives and manage our participation in key trade exhibitions across India and international markets.
This role will lead marketing activities for Augmont SPOT and will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and executing high-impact campaigns targeting jewelers, retailers, and trade partners. The role also includes managing and mentoring the Marketing Executive and ensuring seamless execution across channels.
## Key Responsibilities
### Exhibition & Trade Show Marketing
* Own the complete lifecycle of exhibitions and trade shows from planning to post-event analysis.
* Coordinate booth design, branding, fabrication, logistics, and vendor management.
* Develop and execute pre-event marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
* Manage on-ground execution, lead capture mechanisms, and visitor engagement.
* Track post-event performance, media coverage, and ROI.
### Brand & Content Marketing
* Develop and maintain content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
* Create and oversee B2B-focused content for jewelers, retailers, and trade buyers.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
* Build thought leadership around lab-grown diamonds, market trends, platform updates, and industry insights.
### PR & Media Coordination
* Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners.
* Draft and review press releases, media pitches, and communication material.
* Maintain media coverage reports and support spokesperson and interview coordination.
### Team Management
* Manage and mentor the Marketing Executive.
* Delegate execution tasks while owning overall strategy and output quality.
* Build processes and playbooks to ensure smooth and scalable execution.
* Provide regular progress updates and proactively address challenges.
### Performance & Reporting
* Track marketing performance through dashboards and reports.
* Monitor social reach, lead generation, exhibition ROI, and campaign metrics.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
## Key Exhibitions
The role will support and manage participation in:
* JCK Las Vegas
* IIJS Mumbai & Bengaluru
* Regional Jeweler Meetups and Roadshows
* Partner Events and New Industry Exhibitions
## Qualifications & Experience
* 2–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Event Marketing, Exhibition Management, or Growth Marketing.
* Experience managing trade shows, exhibitions, or large-scale events.
* Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, and brand management.
* Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in jewelry, luxury retail, gemstones, commodities, or other B2B industries will be an advantage.

## Location & Travel
