- Conferencing & Briefings: Coordinate and participate in regular investor update calls and webinars. Provide fluid verbal interpretation or lead discussions across both languages seamlessly.
- CRM & Data Governance: Maintain meticulous records of all investor interactions, onboarding documentation, subscription agreements, and KYC records within the global investor portal.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the core project management, legal, and finance teams based on-site in the USA to synthesize complex technical asset updates into digestible investor briefs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Linguistic Excellence: Near native or absolute professional fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English. Ability to comfortably pivot between both languages during live financial or project discussions. (HSK 6 or equivalent native-level business background is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or Corporate Communications.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Wealth Management, Private Equity client services, or Corporate Communications within a multinational framework. Cross-border experience involving US-China-India ecosystems is a massive advantage.
- Financial Literacy: Strong foundational understanding of financial reporting, investment structures, capital accounts, and standard corporate terminology.
- Operational Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to overlap with US business hours and match investor availability.
