We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to handle end-to-end tendering activities on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
Tender Management:
- Identify and monitor Railway and Government tenders on the GeM Portal, Railways, and other procurement portals.
- Analyze tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, scope of work, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit online/offline tender documents within deadlines.
- Handle bid participation, reverse auction processes, and post-bid clarifications.
Costing & Budgeting:
- Prepare detailed project costing, budgeting, BOQ analysis, and commercial estimations for Railway projects.
- Analyze manpower, material, logistics, statutory, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and technical teams for accurate pricing.
- Maintain profitability margins while preparing competitive commercial bids.
- Conduct market rate analysis and vendor quotation comparisons.
Railway Project Coordination:
- Understand Railway tender standards, technical compliance, and contractual requirements.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare EMD, BG, affidavits, declarations, compliance sheets, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with government and Railway procurement guidelines
- Coordinate with OEMs, subcontractors, and vendors for technical and commercial inputs.
- Ensure compliance with Railway safety, quality, and documentation standards.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
