We are looking for an experienced AI developer who has hands-on experience in fine-tuning existing AI models using custom datasets and deploying trained models into production environments.
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune pre-trained AI/LLM models using company-provided datasets.
- Prepare, clean, and optimize training datasets for model training.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy through iterative training.
- Deploy and manage trained AI models on cloud or on-premise infrastructure.
- Optimize model inference speed, resource utilization, and scalability.
- Integrate AI models with web applications and backend services through APIs.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models when required.
- Collaborate with product, backend, and engineering teams to implement AI-powered features.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of practical experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong experience with fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI models using custom datasets.
- Experience with model training frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and PEFT/LoRA.
- Hands-on experience with dataset preparation, data labeling, and model evaluation.
- Experience deploying AI models on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or dedicated GPU servers.
- Knowledge of model serving technologies such as vLLM, TGI, Ollama, or similar inference frameworks.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of GPUs, CUDA, model optimization, and inference pipelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent development.
- Experience working with open-source models such as Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Gemma, or similar.
