Job Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
Handle Full-Time (Permanent) requirements
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & other job portals
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients
Negotiate salary and ensure timely closures
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Requirements
1 year to 3 years of Domestic Recruitment experience
Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
Hands-on experience in Full-Time & Contract Staffing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹20,000.00 per month
