Department: CCTV Surveillance & Security
Location: Nungambakkam
Coverage: Head Office, Manali Plant & Gummidipoondi Plant
Reports To: HR & Admin Manager / Factory Manager
Job Purpose
To monitor the CCTV surveillance system, coordinate security guard operations, ensure effective access control, and maintain a safe and secure working environment within the factory premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Review CCTV footage whenever required for investigations or incident verification.
- Ensure all CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards across all shifts.
- Ensure proper gate entry/exit procedures for employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors.
- Maintain visitor, vehicle, material movement, and security registers.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections with security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Safety, and Production departments regarding security-related matters.
- Monitor employee discipline, unauthorized access, and movement within the premises.
- Ensure emergency response procedures are followed during incidents.
- Verify attendance and deployment of security guards.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in CCTV surveillance, industrial security, or administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
