We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress to join the Retro Bite team. The role involves welcoming guests, helping them with menu selections, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest enjoys a great dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Present menus and assist guests with their choices.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
