MyFandom is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand initiatives that enhance market presence, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand identity, driving marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, and offline channels.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, content, performance marketing, sales, and product teams to execute campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on data and insights.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Build partnerships with agencies, influencers, and strategic collaborators.
- Track key brand metrics, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer brands, entertainment, lifestyle, media, or digital-first businesses.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and brand analytics.
