The COS is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the organization and ensuring smooth coordination between all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor recruitment activities with the HR department
- Track and review sales team performance through regular reports
- Coordinate purchase approvals with management
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations
- Oversee after-sales and home care service performance
- Guide and evaluate team members across departments
- Support marketing and strategic planning activities
- Monitor financial activities, including cost control and cash flow
- Coordinate with legal advisors on company matters
- Manage IT systems, assets, and maintenance contracts
- Handle liaison work with government authorities for approvals
- Ensure audit compliance and conduct necessary training
- Monitor staff tasks, reports, and adherence to SOPs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 4+ years of work experience in administration or management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
