Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, conducting vehicle demonstrations, arranging test drives, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase journey. The role requires achieving monthly sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom walk-in customers and online inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, finance options, insurance, warranties, and accessories.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and field visits.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and dealership promotions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
