Duration: 3 months (Work from office – 5 days, Subject to extension of 3 months, as per business needs)

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support key initiatives across Learning & Development, Strategy & Analytics and Employee Engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design and data and is keen to build a well-rounded foundation in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development:

Support design and coordination of training programs and workshops

Assist in developing content for soft skills and other training modules

Help schedule, coordinate, and track training sessions and participation
Strategy & Analytics:

Assist in creating presentations and reports for HR initiatives

Support in building and maintaining dashboards to track HR metrics

Apply design thinking to improve HR processes
Employee Engagement:

Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives

Help gather and analyse employee feedback (surveys, pulse checks, etc.)

Assist in creating communication material for engagement initiatives

Interact with employees to create awareness about company policies
Requirements:

Degree/pursuing degree in HR or related field
