We are looking for a Telecaller with 2–4 years of experience to engage with prospective customers, explain our services, follow up on leads, and support the sales process. Candidates with EdTech experience will have an added advantage.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of Telecalling or Customer Support experience
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle leads and follow up effectively
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
- Any graduate preferred
